Notepans is offered free of charge, as is. By using it you agree to these simple terms.

Your content

Your notes are yours. They are stored in your own browser, so you are responsible for keeping backups (Settings → Backup). We cannot recover notes deleted from your browser.

Publishing

Do not publish anything illegal, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share. Published notes expire automatically; the site owner may remove published notes at any time to prevent abuse.

Fair use

Do not attack, overload or try to break the service. Automated access is rate-limited.

No warranty

Notepans is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost data or other damages from using the service.

These terms may be updated; the date below shows the latest version.
